lifestyle sessions: the process
After submitting an inquiry, I will reach back out within 48 hours to give you more information on my packages and pricing.
The next step to making things official is signing a contract. You will be booked only after your contract is signed.
Once you are booked, we will work together to choose a location and date that works for both of us. If you need recommendations on a location for the shoot, I can help!
I will send you a guide of tips and tricks to help you get ready for your shoot! I’m happy to help you choose outfits, props, and anything else you may need to make yourself feel prepared for your shoot day.
On the photoshoot day, we will meet at the agreed upon location and time, and I’ll direct you in a way for you to feel your most authentic self!
Within two weeks, you’ll receive your gallery of images. You will be able to download all the images, order prints, and share with friends and family directly through the gallery.

How long does a session last?
A session lasts on average around 45-60 minutes, but with anything, this depends on a lot of variables! Lighting, weather, and how cooperative kids are, are just a few of these factors. I always allow extra time for newborn sessions, given the delicate nature of a newborn baby.
What if my child is not cooperating?
This happens so often, so don't feel bad about it! I know it can feel tricky in the moment when your child isn't cooperating, but sometimes letting your child run fee instead of instructing them to be still allows space for fun, in the moment photos.
Should I bring anything?
Please bring snacks and toys for your kids, it's good motivation for them to smile or sit still when needed to. I bring a cream soft blanket to my outdoor sessions.
When do I get to see my images?
I do not rush my editing as I take pride in all my work and want every photo to be perfect. That being said, the turnaround time for lifestyle sessions is around 2 weeks or less!
Do you offer albums?
Yes I do! You can add an album to any session or even purchase one after a session. We will work together to create the perfect fine-art lay flat album uniquely designed just for you.
What do I wear for our lifestyle session?
I recommend wearing something that makes you feel like your best self and also something you are comfortable in! Before our session, I will send you a guide that includes color palettes to reference when you plan your outfits.
