I was so excited to photograph this wedding at Wychmere Beach Club. And I was even more thrilled when I found out it would be featured on Wedding Chicks! The Cape Cod coastline always brings such a special energy to a wedding day—and this one was no exception.
From the moment I arrived, I could feel how loved these two are. Their people showed up for them, big time, and it created a joyful easygoing energy that lasted all day long. The bride wore a stunning Milla Nova gown with customizable elements—detachable sleeves, a removable cape, and the option to add a statement bow—allowing her to transform her look throughout the day and add a sense of excitement and elegance to every moment.
As the ceremony began by the harbor, a gentle fog rolled in, casting a dreamy, atmospheric glow that added a cool and enchanting ambiance for the guests. It was heartfelt, full of emotion, and you could see how grounded and connected these two are.
The sun came back out in time for cocktail hour, and as it dipped lower, guests made their way to the reception. The dance floor filled up fast and stayed full all night long with amazing tunes by the Glitter Boys.
It was one of those weddings that reminds me why I love what I do, not just for the beautiful setting, but for the kind, genuine people I get to meet.
And of course, this day came together thanks to a truly amazing vendor team!
